Liability Admitted for Illness at the Baron Palms Hotel, Egypt
The tour operator, Thomas Cook, has admitted improper performance of the contract following complaints about hygiene standards and illness at the Baron Palms Hotel in Egypt in April and May 2012.
Our clients suffered infective gastroenteritis caused by ingesting harmful bacteria from swimming in the hotel’s pool, and/or as a consequence of the consumption of contaminated food or water provided by the Hotel Baron Palms.
